Bio-functionalized fluorescent nanodiamonds offer an infinitely photostable label for fluorescent and multiphoton microscopy for cellular tracking and long term observation of biological processes in the same fields of view in live cell-imaging and fixed cells.  Protein, antibody, biologically active organic molecules, and custom functionalizations are possible.  We provide nanodiamonds with nitrogen-vacancy (NV) centers with red/NIR fluorescence, NVN centers with green fluorescence and novel particles available only at Adamas with a combination of NV and NVN centers within a single particle with visual yellow fluorescence.
